This thesis addresses the design documentation for recreation and relaxation center in Brno Bohunice district. The building is composed of parts for sport, where the fitness, spinning, aerobics and boxing hall mirror, and the third floor is a cafe. The building is for public visitors to sports and relaxation purposes. The proposed building is located on a plane is no basement and three floors. The building is covered with flat roofs.

Title: The effect of the menstrual cycle on performance in sports Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the menstrual cycle on performance in sport using the results obtained from previous studies dealing with the effect of the menstrual cycle on performance in sport. Methods: This thesis was carried out as a systematic review. Sources of information were scientific articles and studies from the PubMed, Scopus, EBSCOhost and EBSCOhost databases and literature related to the influence of the menstrual cycle on sports performance. Results: A total of 45 studies were selected for this study (9 cross-sectional, 33 cohort and 3 intervention studies). A total of 3086 probands (2364 from cross-sectional, 644 from cohort and 78 from intervention studies) aged 18 to 35 years were included. Conclusion: In most cases, no effect of MC on sports performance was found. If any effect was observed, the worst phase of MC for performance appeared to be the mid-luteal phase, while the best was the follicular phase. Nutrition for elite female athletes

This thesis explores the problematics of nutrition of elite female athletes from aerobic club BM Fitness Havlíčkův Brod. The thesis is aimed on the girls between ages 8 to 16 years old, which corresponds to three age categories. Based on the information gained the thesis is trying to learn the indivdual eating habbits of the the sports girls and compares the differences and similarities in nutrition between the different age groups. In the same time the thesis is trying to learn if the sports girls are eating in accordance with recomendations of the nutritionist and trainer. The thesis is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explores the history of sport nutrition, the basic parts of human nutrition, fluid intake, energy metabolism, and timing of meals according to the sport done. Part of the thesis is aimed at younger school age, then middle school age, then at teenagers. The last chapter closely descibres aerobic and fitness. The second half of the thesis consists of a practical part which was based on data gained by half structured interviews. This part is aimed on describing the individual eating habits of sports girls. Training obligatory technical components in the competition Žij pohybem in the show teams category

Title: Training obligatory technical components in the competition Žij pohybem in the show teams category Objectives: Obligatory technical components in the show teams category and their managing is often the problematical element of the performance of the competition teams. The main task of the work is to assemble preparatory exercises and training sets of the obligatory technical components in the Žij pohybem competition in the show teams category. Methods: The outcome of this work has been achieved by studying the specialized literature and internet sources that looks into this problem. The realization of this work has been managed mostly by my own experiences and findings gained by the trainer activity. Results: The manner of preparation and the preparation sets of the chosen obligatory components were suggested by analysing the obligatory technical components of the rules of the competition Žij pohybem. I have stated the photo documentation of the components and the mistakes in their execution. This work can improve the technical aspect of the performance of the competitors in the Žij pohybem competition and also other competitions too. Title: The most common aerobic injuries, their prevention and follow rehabilitation. Objective: The aim of this thesis is find and introduce main type of injuries, frequency and lenght of the recovery of aerobic competitors of I., II. and III. FISAF class. Asses injuries and find oue preventive measures used by competitors. Methods: In this diplome thesis was used literary review in theoretical part of thesis and metod of written questioning was used in non-standatdized questionaires. This method was used to analyse the most common injuries, preventive measures before injury and find out competitors experience with physical therapy The questionnaire was distributed to 21 aerobic clubs wich contest in 1st, 2nd and 3th aerobic FISAF class. For data analysis softwere was used Microsoft Excel for Windows 2013. Findings: Acquired data showed that in season of 2016 was injured 91 competitors of 157 participant researchers. The most common area of injury aerobics FISAF competitors of 1st, 2nd and 3th class was in 57% pelvis and lower extreminty area. Detailed analysis showed that 24% of injury was in the ankle joint.
